By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site operated by Dongguan MULI Furniture Co., Ltd. By using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

The Site provides information about MULI's bespoke woodwork services and a channel to submit project inquiries. It does not constitute a binding offer to sell any specific product.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, designs, and project photographs—is the property of MULI or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Project photographs are real images of our completed work and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

4. Inquiries and Project Engagements

Submitting an inquiry through the contact form does not create a contract, quote, or obligation. Any project engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between MULI and the client.

While we endeavor to respond promptly, response times are not guaranteed and depend on project scope and availability.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MULI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to access the Site.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be submitted to arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration institution in China. The arbitration shall be conducted in Chinese, or in English if the parties agree otherwise, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding upon both parties.

Nothing in these Terms overrides any non-waivable rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country, state, or region of residence.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
